Fleet management
Fleet management software for rental and rent-to-own cars
Every car's rego, insurance, inspection certificate and service dates in one list, workshop jobs that block the calendar, and inspections and damage reports that hold up when a customer disagrees.
USD 149 a month per business · unlimited staff, cars and bookings

The problem
A car only earns while it's legal
A rental car only earns while it's legal, serviced and in one piece. Keeping track of that for every car by memory or spreadsheet is where things go wrong.
- A car goes out on hire past its rego or insurance date.
- A service is missed because the kilometres crept up faster than expected.
- Damage turns into an argument because there were no photos at pickup.
- Nobody knows what each car has really cost to keep running.
What it does
Keep every car legal, serviced and earning
Organised by model
Category, model, year and car. Set prices once per model and every car of that model uses them, or give a car its own.
Compliance dates
Registration, insurance, inspection certificate and service for every car, marked Valid, Expiring soon or Expired.
Alerts before expiry
Daily checks raise alerts in the app for anything expired or due within your warning period, and flag a car booked out past its rego date.
Workshop diary
Book services, tyres, brakes and repairs. Booked jobs block the calendar so nobody hires the car while it's away.
Inspections with photos
Pickup, return and routine walk-arounds with readings, six photos, a checklist, damage on a car diagram and the customer's sign-off.
Damage to repair
Reports move from reported to resolved. Charge the customer, apply the bond, book the repair or lodge an insurance claim.
Each car's history
Every rental, inspection, damage report and workshop job for a car, as a PDF or a spreadsheet.
Utilisation and costs
Reports for how much of the time each car is on hire and what servicing and repairs have cost.
Damage reports
From a scratch at return to a finished repair
Damage marked at an inspection becomes a report with where it is, how bad it is and who signed the condition report. While it's open, the customer's bond is held and the booking waits, so it can't be forgotten.
- Charge the customer and apply the bond in one step
- Book the repair; finishing the job resolves the report
- Record the insurer, claim number, excess and what was paid

Every screenshot is the real product, with demo data for a made-up business.
Good to know before you buy
- This is fleet management for rental businesses, not vehicle tracking. There's no GPS, telematics or fuel-card integration.
- Compliance alerts appear inside the app (the bell and the Fleet overview) for your team. They aren't emailed.
- The inspection diagram is a right-hand-drive car seen from above.
Questions
Questions we get asked
Does it track where my cars are?
No. BookandManage manages cars as a rental fleet: availability, compliance, servicing, inspections and damage. It doesn't connect to GPS trackers.
Can I make inspections compulsory?
Yes. Set inspections at pickup and return to Required in Settings, Rental, and check-out and check-in can't be finished without a signed-off inspection.
How are services tracked?
Each car has a next service date or kilometre reading, whichever comes first. It shows as expiring within 30 days or 1,000 km, and completing a workshop job records the next one.
Can I change prices across the fleet?
Yes. Select models and raise or lower daily, weekly, monthly or rent-to-own prices by a percentage or a dollar amount, with the rounding you choose.
