The only limits, and why they exist
A few services cost us money every time they're used. These limits are generous, and nothing stops working when you reach one.

How buying works
- 1Give your business name, your name, email and country.
- 2Pay on the secure checkout. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, takes the payment and handles tax and receipts.
- 3Set your password from the email that follows, sign in, and the setup wizard takes it from there.
The 7-day refund
There's no free trial. Instead, if BookandManage isn't right for you, email support@bookandmanage.com from the account owner's address within 7 days of your first payment. We refund it less a flat USD 10 fee: USD 139.

Questions about paying
Why is the price in US dollars?
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and the plan is priced in US dollars for every country. Your bank converts the charge to your currency, and Lemon Squeezy adds GST where it applies and gives you a tax invoice.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes, for everything that grows with your business: staff, cars, bookings, customers, locations and website widgets. The only limits are fair-use limits on a few services we pay for each time they're used, listed above.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no lock-in. The plan is monthly and you can cancel any time.
Can I pay yearly?
Not at the moment. The plan is monthly only.
How do I cancel?
The account owner cancels in Settings, Billing. You keep full access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you can download your data before you go.
What is the refund policy?
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment. We refund it less a flat USD 10 fee (so USD 139), which covers the payment fee we can't get back. There are no refunds after 7 days or for part-months, except where consumer law says otherwise.
What happens if a payment fails?
Lemon Squeezy retries the card for about two weeks while you keep full access and see a reminder to update it. If it still fails, the account becomes read-only for 7 days: you can sign in, look and export, and your website widgets pause. After that it's locked until the payment is sorted.
Which countries can sign up?
Businesses in any country can sign up online. The subscription is always charged in US dollars, with local tax added at checkout where it applies. Inside the app, currency, time zone, tax name and rate, address formats and bank details follow your country, and you can change them in Settings.
