Refund policy

BookandManage subscriptions are charged at the price and on the billing terms shown at checkout.
Your first payment
You may ask for a refund of your first payment within seven calendar days of purchase.
A USD 10 processing fee may be deducted, but only if it was disclosed before purchase and the law allows it.
Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, unless the law requires a refund or BookandManage approves one.
Billing problems
Please contact us if you notice a duplicate charge or a billing error, or if you have a significant problem with the service.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider you paid with.
