Agreements signed online
Customers sign on their phone from a link or a QR code, on your screen at the counter, or on paper you scan. The signed copy stays with the booking.

Every hire raises its own invoice. Bonds are tracked until they're refunded or applied, and refunds need an approver.

Find a free car in seconds
Choose the pickup location, dates and times, then narrow by category, model, transmission, seats or fuel. Each model shows which cars are free for those dates and the price for the whole hire, so you can book one or hold it for a lead.

Money
See what's owed without opening the bank statement
The Finance overview shows what's outstanding, what's overdue, what came in this month, the bonds you're holding and refunds waiting for approval. Payment reminders go out on the schedule you set and stop as soon as a bill is paid.

Good to know before you buy
- BookandManage records payments; it doesn't process cards. Take money the way you do now (EFTPOS, bank transfer, your card terminal) and record it.
- It's for managing cars as a rental fleet. There's no GPS tracking or telematics.
- Nothing to install: it runs in any up-to-date browser, on a computer, tablet or phone.

Questions we get asked
How do I move over from spreadsheets or another system?
Import your customers and cars from a CSV file in Settings, Import and export. The file is checked before anything is imported, and customers or cars you already have are skipped. Hires already under way can be entered as bookings that started in the past.
Can customers book from my own website?
Yes. Add a search bar, a car listing or an enquiry form to your website with one line of code. Every enquiry arrives as a lead, and a booking request also arrives as a priced quote, ready to turn into a booking once you've confirmed the car.
Does it work for more than one location?
Yes. Locations are unlimited. Each car is kept at a location, availability searches by pickup location, and a branch, airport or delivery zone can carry its own surcharge. You can also deliver to and collect from the customer's address.
Does it work outside Australia?
Yes. Businesses in any country can sign up. Currency, time zone, tax name and rate, and address formats follow your country, and you can change them in Settings.
What does it cost?
One plan: USD 149 a month per business, with unlimited staff, cars and bookings. Rent-to-own, website widgets and the PDFs are included.
